Nine book worms in year 5 have been reading the four books nominated for this year's Warwickshire Junior Book Award. On 12th July, the Award Ceremony was held at the Spa Centre and the winner of the children's votes for the best book was announced. The well-deserved winner was Mike Revell's 'Stonebird'.
Elspeth said: "It was full of magical description". Jasleen and Amy said that Daisy the dog was their favourite character and they too loved the magic in the story.
