Tag Rugby @ Leamington Rugby Club

On Friday 22nd June, St. Margaret's sent a Tag Rugby team to play in the 19th Annual Tag Rugby tournament. A fantastic and very hot day out for all the children involved. Showing great skill and determination they went through the tournament undefeated. Congratulations to our 2018 Tag Rugby team!

Large Schools Football League Champions

St. Margaret's became the large schools football league champions, beating St. Pauls in the race for the title in a closely fought match 4 - 2. This is St. Margaret's 3rd league title in 5 years. Congratulations to all the players!!

Dazzling Dodgeball Success

Congratulations to our year 3 and 4 dodgeball teams. Our two teams entered into our first dodgeball tournament for St. Margaret's and out of 15 teams the year 4 team finished 2nd and year 3 finished 3rd. A great start to hopefully many more dodgeball tournaments to come!!

Football 2017/18

"The football league was back up and running again on Wednesday evening with a match away to Newburgh. After a slow start St. Margaret's snuck in goal from a corner to open the scoring. Newburgh made it difficult to break down their defence with some fantastic last minute tackles and blocks. It was down to another corner in which St. Margaret's were able to double the lead. After half time St. Margaret's managed to gather some momentum and eventually won 6-0."

Cross Country 2017

The next cross country race takes place @ Hatton Country World for the Mid-Warwickshire County Trails on the 10th March 2018!

Rowing to Success

Congratulations to our year 6 boys rowing team who managed to row a staggering 2154 meters in their relay and individual races. This now takes them through to the level 3 final in Coventry to race for Warwickshire. Photo to arrive soon!

Gold Quality Sports Mark

St. Margaret's has achieved the Gold School Games Mark award for their commitment, engagement and delivery of competitive school sport in 2016/17.

The children have contributed to the skill, effort and perseverance in all of their PE lessons. The staff have organised and delivered lessons and provided sporting opportunities for the children who have participated in the variety of school sports clubs.

Special thanks to Mr. Rose who has taken a lead in so many of these opportunities which has allowed us to be awarded such a prestigious award.

Football Tournament 2017

Well done to our school football tournament team who finished 2nd in the Area finals only losing in extra time in the last minute 2-1. Having gone through the previous round and this round, until the final, without conceding a goal.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR GIRLS FOOTBALL TEAM WHO FINISHED 2ND IN THE COUNTY FINALS!!!

St. Margaret's success at Rowing competition.

2 Rowing teams were entered into the School Games Rowing competition at Campion School. After a strong start from both teams the girls rowing team finished 4th and the boys finished 2nd!
